At Ngeborong, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and defective items.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

✅ Refundable Items:

• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached

• Items with manufacturing defects

• Wrong items received

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

• Underwear, socks, and accessories (hygiene reasons)

• Custom-made or altered items

• Final sale items (clearly marked)

Timeframe

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Process

1. Email service@ngeborong.com with:

   • Order number

   • Photos of item(s)

   • Reason for return

2. We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

3. Ship items to our warehouse (address provided in approval email)

4. Refund issued to original payment method within 7 business days

Exchange Policy

Available Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size exchanges (subject to availability)

• Color exchanges (subject to availability)

• Defective/wrong items

Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@ngeborong.com

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Photos of item(s)

   • Desired exchange details

3. We'll provide prepaid return shipping if the exchange is due to our error

4. New item will ship once return is received

Note: Exchanges are not available for sale/final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide:

   • Order number

   • Clear photos/video of damage/defect

3. We'll either:

   • Send a replacement immediately

   • Issue a full refund

   • Provide prepaid return shipping

No return required for certain defective items (we'll advise)

Important Notes

• Return Shipping: Customer pays unless due to our error

• Original Condition: Items must be in original packaging

• Refund Method: Goes back to original payment

• International Duties: Non-refundable
